Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions: When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew every 30 days. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment at checkout, and fulfill your order at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund. For details on returns and refunds, please see our refund and returns policy.
