Shipping Destinations
We ship to the USA and most countries worldwide via DHL and UPS. To confirm availability for your location, please proceed to checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are determined by the carriers.
Handling Fees:

  • UPS: 10%

Expedited Shipping
Expedited options such as 2-day and next-day delivery are available at checkout.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are your responsibility. You will also be responsible for working with your country’s customs or postal service for delivery.

Address Verification
We use address verification software to correct unverified addresses. If the address is incorrect, we’ll reship to the corrected one—just contact us immediately. We reserve the right to decline reshipping if there’s reason to believe the request is an attempt to receive a second package without cause.

Missing or Damaged Items
If any item arrives missing or damaged, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund, per your request.
